Lowe's is at 2727 East 12 th Avn Vancouver. This store is very large, and it has a variety of decorative materials for home use. There are also various tools. And the parking lot is very big and the parking space is good. The business hours are long, Mon-Fri 6am-9pm; Saturday 7am-9pm; Sunday 8am-9pm; the staff are always available to help you find what you need.

A kind gentleman named David S, was a very helpful staff member. I was looking to purchase a shop vacuum to donate to a pre-school. They were sold out except for the one on the shelf. He allowed me to buy it and then also helped me to receive a 30% discount. Thank you David S and the staff at RONA!

Fast processing returns. Spacious store with lots more selection than other branches. Huge parking lot that you can do donuts with your car (but don't).

I dropped into RONA on Clark Drive in Vancouver when I needed parts and tools for a bookshelf I was trying to build and it turned something stressful into a surprisingly good experience. The store feels big but not overwhelming with clear sections for everything from paint and lumber to gardening gear and power tools. Walking around felt easy instead of confusing like some hardware stores can.

8 pm, requested loading assistance for 24 bags of 25 litres each garden soil and a strong, fit man assisted us willingly. He even asked to see our receipt to confirm that we had prepaid for the soil. An excellent, dedicated employee that cares for his Employer' bottom line!! The 2 young ladies that work in Customer Service this evening are efficient, knowledgeable, & helpful. They are both well trained and intelligent. They are definite assets to Rona and should be rewarded.

Very nice people on the floor. Helpful, happy, and friendly folks. Well-stocked shelves. Different stock than other big boxes around - so that’s a plus when looking for options. Bonus points for being pet-friendly. May never go back to Home Depot 🐕‍🦺 …

Had a good experience today. Was looking for a specific product, a "popcorn spray paint for a wall" and Faheem at Rona Grandview Hwy was great. He wasn't too sure what it was but persisted, researched my inquiry and located the product in the store. Thanks for the effort Faheem and willingness to go the extra step to understand the request.

This was the first time I had visited the Grandview Rona which is much larger than the one close to my home. The store is well laid out and the large signs hanging from the ceiling made finding the right isle easy. I purchased a Bosch mitre saw stand, Rona had the best price and the Grandview store was the only local store that had stock. The boxed unit on the floor was a bit grubby looking and torn up so I asked the sales person if they had one that was in better shape since it was a gift. He was very nice and said yes he did, it was on the top shelf so he had to get a lift and another staff person to help. It only took them a few minutes to take the one I wanted down and I have to say both of the guys were very pleasant and helpful and seemed happy to be of service. I will definately go back to this store again in the future.
